HOW PHARMACISTS CAN DELIVER CARE AND ADVISE FOR STOMA PATIENTS.

This website is part of a 4th year Pharmacy project with the goal of creating CAL material for pharmacy students and practitioners to use.
It is specifically aimed at educating future and current pharmacists on how to help stoma patients manage their condition, and deal with any issues that may be associated.
